FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information transmission systems. The method includes generating data packets from a subscriber message stream at the transmitting side; using the data packets to generate blocks of packets and establishing the transmission sequence thereof in communication sessions by ranking according to the significance of the content of the messages, wherein packets in blocks are combined into a group, thereby forming in each block a sequence of groups of packets, the number of which increases synchronously with the increase in probability of interception or distortion of messages due to a difficult noise environment, through corresponding reduction of the volume of packets, wherein the sequence of transmitting groups of packets is periodically changed, and blocks are transmitted in a sequence corresponding to their ranking, beginning with the most significant blocks.EFFECT: shorter time for transmitting messages and high reliability of transmission thereof in unfavourable conditions. |
