FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: water purifier for producing melted drinking water includes a water feeding area, a freezing area with a freezer 1 and an area for converting water from a solid state to a liquid state with an ice separating element, separate pipes 2 for outlet of melted drinking water. The water feeding area is in the form of part of a vertical metal ring 3, which is immersed in a vessel 4 and has a rotary drive. The metal ring 3 can be frozen before immersion into the vessel 4 with water in the freezer. The ice separating element is in the form of pressure-exerting spiked rollers 5, placed over the separate pipes 2 to allow the cutting of ice from the surface of the metal ring 3. The rotary drive is in the form of a pressure-exerting roller 7 with an elastic band, placed between the freezer 1 and the pressure-exerting spiked rollers 5 to provide contact with the face of the metal ring 3.
