摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a rubber material forming a nonflammable char through foaming by heat, more specifically, to a rubber elastomer used for blocking transmission and transition of flame due to the heat insulation effect of a porous char by forming the char at 150°C or more when contacting the flame. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat forming urethane rubber elastomer including: Step 1 for injecting polyols (PEG, PPG, Copolymer), heating and stirring with putting plasticizer and organic diamine at a temperature within a range of 80 to 100°C, and dissolving the organic diamine; Step 2 for cooling the stirred solution of Step 1 to a temperature below 40°C, injecting modified silicon oil and coupling agents, and stirring; Step 3 for stirring with adding expandable graphite, phosphorus flame retardants, flame retardant aids, and other additives, and manufacturing a subject (polyol mixture solution); and Step 4 for mixing, stirring, and polymerizing 20 to 50 parts by weight of diisocyanates, relative to 100 parts by weight of the mixture solution. The elastomer according to the present invention may maintain the heating at 8MJ/m^2 or less in a heating value experiment of cone calorimeter, and the reference time for more than nine minutes for the behavior stop duration of an experimental rat in a gas harmfulness experiment. In addition, the elastomer may provide an effect of displaying flame retardancy having 70 or more in an oxygen index experiment.</p>
