<p>The present invention relates to a method and a system for manufacturing a high efficiency pulse transformer, and more specifically, it relates to a method and a system for manufacturing a high efficiency pulse transformer, which applies a series of winding conditions to a predetermined transformer core to measure the efficiency of the pulse transformer and calculate an experimentally optimum winding condition. The method of manufacturing a pulse transformer with a first pulse width, which is 5us or less, and a first voltage, comprises: a step of selecting the transformer core to be applied to the pulse transformer; a step of winding a first winding wire and a second winding wire on the selected transformer core to form a center pulse transformer; a step of connecting a load with the first resistant value to both ends of the secondary side of the center pulse transformer; a step of measuring the primary side input power and secondary side output power of the center pulse transformer while applying pulse with the first pulse width, a first repetition rate, and a second voltage to a primary side of the center pulse transformer - herein, the second voltage is lower than the first voltage; a step of selecting a temporary winding number of the first winding wire, which allows the ratio of the primary side input power to the second side output power of the center pulse transformer to satisfy a predetermined reference, while changing the winding number of the first winding wire; and the step of calculating the final winding number of the first winding wire of the pulse transformer by considering the ratio of the first voltage to the second voltage and the temporary winding number of the first winding wire.</p> |
