<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split type rolling bearing and a split type rolling bearing device, which can suppress generation of noise or vibration without complication of manufacturing or assembling and which can smoothly act. <P>SOLUTION: A split type rolling bearing 5 includes: an outer ring composed of an inside outer ring 10 disposed radially inside and an outside outer ring 20 disposed radially outside the inside outer ring 10; and a plurality of rolling elements 6 rotatably held radially inside the outer ring. The inside outer ring 10 is split at two or more inside splitting sections 11 provided in a circumferential direction, and the outside outer ring 20 is split at two or more outside splitting sections 21 provided in a circumferential direction.
