<p>Provided is an intercom system with a system control device that has the function of connection and control between a residential unit intercom installed inside a residential building, and a content server on an external network. The residential unit intercom has a first connection terminal for connection to an intercom line, and a second connection terminal for connection to a measurement device that generates and provides an electric power monitor screen that includes the electric power usage of the residential building. With respect to the measurement device, the residential unit intercom is configured to download and display, via the second connection terminal, the electric power usage monitor screen produced by the measurement device, and with respect to the content server, to download and display, via the system control device which is interposed as a gateway, the energy information screen provided by the content server.</p> |
