There is provided a curable composition that maintains good handleability in the liquid form and that can be photo- or heat-cured to form a cured product having physical properties including both high transparency and high flexural strength. A curable composition comprising: an epoxy compound of Formula (1):
[where each of E 1 , E 2 , and E 3 is independently an organic group of Formula (2) or Formula (3); and each of R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 is independently an optionally branched C 2-6 alkylene group or oxyalkylene group:
(where R 4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group)]; and an acid generator.
