摘要 本发明涉及一种分散法制备含氟聚合物的方法,包括采用至少一种含氟烯烃单体进行均聚反应或共聚反应,或者,至少一种含氟烯烃单体与至少一种非含氟烯烃单体在引发剂作用下进行共聚反应,反应温度5~150℃,反应压力1~10MPa,反应时间0.1~50h,聚合过程中含氟表面活性剂在反应介质中的质量百分含量为0.001%~10%。本发明提供一种不采用全氟辛酸及其衍生物作为分散剂制备含氟聚合物的方法,该方法不仅操作简单、安全性高、聚合条件易于控制,并且避免采用全氟辛酸及其衍生物作为分散剂,避免了全氟辛酸及其衍生物对环境的污染。
