The present invention relates to a multimedia communications device, a multimedia communications relaying device and a method thereof. The multimedia communications device, the multimedia communications relaying device and the method thereof can transmit/receive the multimedia content by configuring the communications channel between an originating terminal and an available terminating terminal among a plurality of predetermined terminating terminals when a communications request signal is generated through the originating terminal. The multimedia communications device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a control unit which generates the communications channel request signal destined to a plurality of entire predetermined communications terminals in response to the input user command, verifies the communications terminal having the predetermined communications channel among the plurality of communications terminals with reference to the setup message of the communications channel received from the mobile communications system in response to the transmission of the communications channel request signal to the mobile communications system; and a communications unit which performs the multimedia communications operation with the verified communications terminal via the mobile communications system. An outgoing call is transmitted to the plurality of entire communications terminals through the mobile communications system in response to the transmission of the communications channel request signal. The communications terminal having the predetermined communications channel includes the communications terminal corresponding to the first received connection command message of the mobile communications system among the plurality of communications terminals transmitting the connection command message to the mobile communications system. The communications channel request signal includes a group signal indicating the plurality of entire communications terminals.
