SAFETY VALVE HAVING A MANUAL VALVE FUNCTION

The present invention relates to a safety valve with a manual valve function capable of being automatically opened and closed by an inner pressure of a fluid. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the safety valve with the manual valve function enabling the manual valve function using a handle installed to control a pressure of the safety valve by an effort of fitting a coupling pin. Namely, the safety valve includes an inlet and an outlet. A variable disc adhering to a fixated disc installed in the inlet is installed to receive an elastic force of a compression spring positioned inside a spring housing integrally formed with a body. A stem for a pressing port screw-joined to the spring housing, and having a handle on a top is formed in an upper side of the compression spring. The safety valve is capable of controlling a compressive force by being pressurized by a spring pressing port formed on a lower part of the stem for a pressing port. A stem for a disc formed on the variable disc of the safety valve is formed longitudinally to be positioned in an inner side of a projecting pipe formed on the handle through a lifting operation hole formed on the pressing port step. A pin hole is axially formed on the projecting pipe and the top of the stem for a disc. The coupling pin is coupled to the pin hole to be detached such that the valve is used as the safety valve when the coupling pin is separated, and the valve is used as a manual valve when the coupling pin is coupled. By closing a portion in which a mineral water container mounting unit and the mineral water container are in contact with each other airtightly, hygienic conditions are remarkably improved.
