<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam medical treatment device capable of performing proper dose calibration.SOLUTION: In a particle beam medical treatment device having an irradiation nozzle for irradiating an irradiation target with a particle beam as a pencil beam, a dose monitor for measuring a dose of the particle beam emitted from the irradiation nozzle, and a beam scanning controller for controlling the irradiation nozzle, the irradiation dose at each irradiation position of the irradiation target is set based on the absorption dose at a reference depth which is a predetermined position on the incidence side of the pencil beam rather than a Bragg peak position.</p> |
