<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of sufficiently preventing the sedimentation of an ink component by inhibiting the generation of the twist motion of a stirrer member in an ink cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The stirrer member 132 is supported at two upper support points in a liquid storage chamber to swing the stirrer member by the reciprocation of a carriage. These two support points should previously be allocated in a position in which the gravity point 132c of the stirrer member is included in a triangle formed of both the two support points and a place where the swinging stirrer member may collide with a fluid passage 116 protrusively prepared in the liquid storage chamber. Thus the twist motion of the stirrer member arisen when colliding with the fluid passage can be inhibited by receiving an inertial force applied on the stirrer member at three places of a collided area and two support points. Accordingly, the stirrer member can stably be swung in the liquid storage chamber to fully prevent the ink component from being deposited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
