<p>The apparatus has a vessel such as circular vessel, and a lid that closes the vessel in a water-tight manner so as to form a cooking chamber. A control unit is arranged for locking/unlocking of the lid of the vessel. A release unit (30) or release gear disconnects kinematic connection between the control unit and a locking mechanism when the control unit occupies its unlocking position and a safety unit (20) is in its active position such that the control unit is able to feely move between its steady locking position and a rest position.</p> |
