Test facility assembly

摘要

The arrangement has a test specimen (1) i.e. internal combustion engine, connected with an electric machine (4) e.g. induction machine, for driving and/or loading the test specimen by a connecting shaft (2) with an adapter flange (3). A control arrangement is provided for the machine. The connecting shaft and the machine comprise constant moment of inertia. Mass and moment of inertia of the adapter flange are selected such that natural frequency of the test specimen, the adapter flange, the shaft and the machine lies between idling speed frequency and partial load frequency of the specimen.
