发明名称 ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATION DEVICE FOR PARTICLE REMOVAL IN EXPLOSIVE GASES
摘要
The present invention relates to an electrostatic removal device of explosive exhaust gas particles. The electrostatic removal device of explosive exhaust gas particle according to the present invention includes: a chamber for charging which is installed with an inlet pipe for inputting an exhaust gas; an X-ray part which is installed in the chamber for charging, and generates cation or anion by irradiating a soft X-ray to an explosive gas flowed into the chamber for charging; an ion precipitation part which is installed in the chamber for charging, and performs unipolar charging of the particles of the exhaust gas with one of the cation or anion in the chamber for charging by an applied unipolar high voltage; an ion injection part which is installed to be linked with the chamber for charging, and is separated from an area where the soft X-ray is irradiated, and generates ion of the same polarity as the unipolar-charged particles of the exhaust gas in the chamber for charging by the applied high voltage, and then delivers the generated ion into the chamber for charging; and an electrostatic precipitation part where the exhaust gas unipolar-charged in the charging chamber flows in to be collected. By this, the electrostatic removal device can perform unipolar charging of the particles of the explosive exhaust gas without performing direct high voltage discharge by making the explosive exhaust gas including a particulate matter pass through the first unipolar charging part and the second unipolar charging part sequentially, and can perform participation and removal of the explosive exhaust gas particles easily by being able to perform unipolar charging of the explosive exhaust gas particles completely.
