摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling power generation and a photovoltaic power generation system having the same, for managing power generation to use electricity efficiently as suppressing electricity waste by storing the electricity in an energy storage system (ESS) or providing the electricity to a power conversion apparatus according to the amount of generated power of a solar cell module. The apparatus for managing power generation according to the present invention includes a low voltage detection part, a switching part, and a control part. The low voltage detection part detects the amount of generated power which is outputted by a plurality of solar cell modules converting photovoltaic solar energy into electric energy, and outputs the detected amount of generated power. The switching part delivers the electric energy outputted from the solar cell modules to one of a connection box and the energy storage system. And the control part delivers the electric energy outputted from the solar cell modules to one of the connection box and the energy storage system through the switching part, according to the amount of generated power received by the low voltage detection part.</p>
