<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive coating material composed of a face part to cover the surface of a concrete member and an anchor part to be embedded in the concrete member, both of which are welded to each other; a method for manufacturing the anticorrosive coating material at a markedly lower cost than injection molding; and a concrete member and manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An anticorrosive coating material 10 to cover the surface of a concrete member for corrosion prevention thereof comprises: a face part S2 formed of thermoplastic resin; and an anchor part S1c composed of a bottom part S1c1 which is welded to the face part S2, and two protrusions S1c2 which rise from the both ends of the bottom part S1c1 in a tapered form, with gradually spreading width between the both protrusions S1c2 and S1c2. The bottom part S1c1 and the protrusions S1c2 and S1c2 are formed of thermoplastic resin. The anchor part S1c is embedded inside the concrete member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
