A lens array (8) includes a plurality of lenses each arranged individually on a plurality of virtual points. The virtual points are arranged at a pitch having a regularity. Each of the lenses has a length in a first direction and a length in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The length in the first direction is longer than the length in the second direction. At least one lens of the lenses has a vertex position deviating from the virtual point having the lens arranged thereon, and the vertex position deviates from the virtual point in such a manner that a sum total of an amount of deviation in the first direction is larger than a sum total of an amount of deviation in the second direction.
