Disclosed herein are antibodies and uses thereof. Disclosed herein are monoclonal antibodies characterized in specifically binding to three, four or five antigens e.g. human c-Met, IGF-IR, EGFR, HER2 and/or HER3. Disclosed herein are antibodies useful for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition and for the treatment of cancer, especially breast, colon, lung, or pancreatic cancer. Also disclosed herein are methods of using immunization of rabbits and selection of single B cells for the production of the disclosed antibodies. |
