A system for generating a neighbour list of a serving cell having a plurality of neighbouring cells in a mobile wireless communication network, comprising: an obtaining unit configured for obtaining from said plurality of neighbouring cells signal strength parameters, representative for the signal strength of each neighbouring cell of said plurality of neighbouring cells, and frequency parameters, representative for the frequency used by each neighbouring cell of said plurality of neighbouring cells for sending signals from said plurality of neighbouring cells to the serving cell; a neighbour list generating unit configured for generating a neighbour list of said serving cell based on said obtained signal strength parameters of said plurality of neighbouring cells and said obtained frequency parameters of said plurality of neighbouring cells. |
