The invention relates to a bioresorbable stent (1) consisting of a metal/polymer composite which has a plurality of ring segments (2) and spacer elements (3) between said ring segments (2), said stent (1) comprising a framework consisting of a bioresorbable metal with a coating (13) made of a bioresorbable polymer, and said metal framework having a plurality of slotted webs (4) which are filled with the polymer for reinforcement purposes and form a composite profile with a polymer core (13) enclosed by two metal side plates (9).
