<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem of a conventional credit card: when the credit limit of a credit card is changed, the limit is calculated based on the use within a preset limit, so that the credit limit cannot be changed unless a predetermined procedure is performed by notification to a credit card company, even when the user receives money from others and his or her money has increased from the average money calculated when he or she subscribes to the credit card. <P>SOLUTION: A white card credit limit increasing system includes a function of always and managing the amount deposited to the card as necessary so as to increase the credit limit when receiving remittance or the like from others. In the system, a money reception ID available only for receiving money is different from a consumption ID available only for consumption.
