<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner material resin composition for a screw cap, which does not contain chemical substances, such as chlorine and plasticizer, which are likely to cause environmental contamination and have an adverse effect on human organisms and which satisfies sealing performance, openability, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, resistance to food stains, and flavor characteristics, to an extent suitable for the screw cap for bottling eatables; and to provide a method of producing the screw cap for bottling the eatables. <P>SOLUTION: A styrenic elastomer (A) has a styrene content of 30 to 33 mass%, contains ethylene-ethylene-propylene (EEP) or ethylene-butylene (EB) as an elastomer block, and has a melt flow rate (MFR) at 2.16 kg/10 min and at 230°C of 0. The liner material resin composition comprises, based on the total mass of the styrenic elastomer (A), a polypropylene resin (B), and a paraffinum liquidum (C): 15 to 30 mass% of the styrenic elastomer (A); 5 to 25 mass% of polypropylene resin (B); and 45 to 65 mass% of paraffinum liquidum (C), and further comprises 1.5 to 10 mass% of a lubricant (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
