<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator that is suitably operable even when a part of terminals among a plurality of terminals are not used. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 includes: a vibration element 14; an oscillation circuit 27 that applies a voltage to the vibration element 14 to generate an oscillation signal Out; a terminal 5 (Out1) and a terminal 5 (Out2) that can output the oscillation signal Out by being connected to an output part 27a of the oscillation circuit 27; and a connection compensation circuit 37 that compensates change in the frequency of the oscillation circuit 27 according to change in the conduction state between the output part 27a and an external device (including a circuit board 53) via the terminal 5 (Out2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
