<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pulp having high brightness and exhibiting low fading by effectively removing hexenuronic acid in the pulp. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing pulp is carried out in which an unbleached pulp is subjected to an enzymatic delignification treatment, and then to an acid treatment, and then to a chlorine dioxide treatment, and then to an alkali extraction/hydrogen peroxide treatment or an alkali extraction/hydrogen peroxide/oxygen treatment, and then to a chlorine dioxide treatment such that the final pH becomes 4.0-5.0 and preferably 4.3-4.7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
