<p>An oxygen regeneration apparatus (100) for an ozone treatment plant may include: a compression unit (110) which compresses raw gas containing oxygen that are discharged after passing through an ozone destruction unit (290) of an ozone treatment plant (220) at a pressure required by a PSA unit (122) located on a rear end; and a PSA unit part (120) which removes impurities contained in the raw gas, that is supplied from the compression unit (110), by using the PSA unit. Since the PSA unit removes impurities contained in the raw gas by using an absorbent filled in a pressure vessel through a pressure change, the removal of impurities is more efficient than methods which do not apply a pressure, therefore, an efficient oxygen regeneration is possible.</p> |
