The present invention relates to a portable digital measuring device and a method capable of smartly measuring sodium and potassium in urine by one-stop and, more specifically, to a portable digital measuring device and a method capable of smartly measuring sodium and potassium in urine by one-stop, which comprises: a sensor unit for measuring sodium and potassium in urine randomly discharged by the patient with an electrical signal; a measurement unit for amplifying the electrical signal of sodium and potassium measured in the sensor unit, and measuring concentrations of sodium and potassium contained in a urine sample by analyzing and treating the converted measurement value signal after converting to the digital signal; and a display for displaying the concentration measurement result of sodium and potassium analyzed in the measurement unit.
