The electrically heated media line (1) has a fluid line (2) and a line connector (4) comprising a fluid connector (6) which is connected to a line end of the fluid line. The line connector has an electric heating unit (18), where the fluid connector is surrounded by outer housing (8). The housing has a fixing unit for a mechanical fixing with the connected line end, electrical conductors (20,26) and a conducting connection of the heating unit. A heat insulation cover comprises, particularly a fabric-reinforced metal foil, particularly an aluminum foil. An independent claim is also included for a line connector with a connection section.
