<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying bolts in line, which operates without requiring power of a motor or the like to hold the bolts in line, and allows each of them to be taken out in a predetermined direction. <P>SOLUTION: Bolts B are supplied not in order to a supply part 4. The supplied bolts B slide downward by an inclination angle θ of a bolt direction changing part 3, while turning their heads or shafts down in a vertical groove 10. The bolts B are aligned, while the head is placed on a guide rail 14 to suspend the shaft in a bolt alignment part 5. The bolts B aligned on the guide rail 14 are dropped by an extraction mechanism 17 in units of a predetermined number of bolts into a bolt supply part 6 arranged vertically, and stored in a transparent pipe member 25 with their shaft face down. The bolt supply part 6 is removed and set in a proper location. A take-out mechanism 27 takes out each of the bolts B aligned in the pipe member 25 from the bottom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
