<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation time of a file list. <P>SOLUTION: A main server 10 performs the steps of: preliminarily generating a file list for files to be synchronized; acquiring events about update of the files; calculating a number of update files for which events are acquired; partially updating the file list when a ratio of the number of update files to a total number of files to be synchronized exceeds a first threshold; and regenerating a file list instead of updating the file list when the ratio of the number of update files to the total number of files to be synchronized exceeds a second threshold which is bigger than the first threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
