摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip structure that suppresses reaction irregularity during detection of a specific substance in a detection region to detect the specific substance uniformly with high sensitivity, and an optical sensor using the chip structure. <P>SOLUTION: The chip structure is used for the optical sensor which supplies a sample solution to the detection region formed in a plane shape and captures the specific substance in the sample solution in the detection region to optically detect the captured specific substance. The chip structure includes at least the detection region for capturing the specific substance in the sample solution and a reaction layer having a vertical flow path formed having a predetermined angle to a plane where the detection region is formed, a supply path for supplying the sample solution to the vertical flow path, and an exhaust path for discharging the sample solution supplied to the detection region via the vertical flow path, and is so configured to supply the sample solution to the detection region formed in the plane shape from a vertical direction via the vertical flow path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
