<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the impact of noise caused by rise and decay of pulse drive voltage to Y electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A drive circuit, which drives multiple Y electrodes of a touch sensor panel where multiple intersection capacities are formed by the Y electrodes and multiple X electrodes, outputs a drive pulse signal, to which a waveform in the process of rise and decay is set in a variable manner, to the Y electrodes.
