<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for generating novel game spirit by a distribution device for distributing game balls to one of two start pockets having different benefits to a player for guidance and a changeover switch for switching the guidance destination of the distribution device by the passage and contact of game balls. <P>SOLUTION: The winning hole distribution device 7 varies between a state for distributing game balls to a first start winning hole 5a and a state for distributing the game balls to a second start winning hole 5b advantageous to the player every time when the game balls pass the changeover switch 41. The changeover switch 41 and a special variable winning device 6 approach and are disposed to enable game balls to flow in or enter easily in right hitting. The winning hole distribution device 7 and first and second start winning holes 5a, 5b enable game balls to enter easily in left hitting.
