<p>The purpose of the present invention is to allow operations that add a rod for drilling to be completed within a roughly fixed time regardless of the phase aligning ability of a worker. A rod accommodating device (16) accommodates a rod (60) to be added so that the phase thereof is in a prescribed position. A rotating section (121) of a driving device (12) stops rotating so as to match the phase of the rod (60) accommodated in the rod accommodating device (16) when adding the rod (60). As a result, when the rod (60) to be added is transported to the connecting position by the rod accommodating device (16), a worker does not need to align the phase because the phase of the rod (60) to be added matches the rotating section (121) and other rod (60) phases.</p> |
