<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence thermometer that enables highly accurate temperature measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature measuring method includes an excitation step for exciting phosphors, a fluorescence detection step for detecting fluorescence emitted from excited phosphors, a signal conversion step for converting the intensity-time signal of the fluorescence detected in the fluorescence detection step from a time domain signal to a frequency domain signal, and a temperature calculation step for calculating the temperature of a specimen based on a change amount of a predetermined frequency component in the frequency domain signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
