<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simply report the reservation state of reserved balls by the presentation of a reservation accessory. <P>SOLUTION: A reservation presentation device is arranged in a game machine in order to display, to a player, the state of the reserved ball caused by the winning of the game ball in a specific start port during a predetermined specific symbol change. The device includes: movable bodies supported so as to be vertically and reciprocatively movable; openings formed in the movable bodies; lens members arranged in the openings; passage holes arranged in the posterior positions of the movable bodies and having diameters smaller than those of the openings; and light sources for emitting light toward the openings through the passage holes.
