<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving driver, a driving amplifier and an information apparatus that drive a capacitive load such as a piezoelectric element with a low power consumption without wastefully consuming energy with which the capacitive load is charged. <P>SOLUTION: A switching drive circuit 100 consumes less energy transferred to a piezoelectric speaker 15 as a capacitive load through a resistance and the like and recharges a capacitor 41 with the energy via an inductor 42 to reuse it in driving the capacitive load. A piezoelectric speaker driving amplifier 14 can thus drive the piezoelectric speaker 15 with a low power consumption. Specifically, energy required to drive the piezoelectric speaker 15 is automatically supplied from a power supply to the capacitor 41 via a diode 48.
