<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony unit such that it is easy to go to and come from a balcony space. <P>SOLUTION: A balcony unit 50 includes a frame 13 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape formed of an upper beam, a lower beam 12, and columns, a handrail post 9 which is stood on the lower beam 12 and has a base 90 on its lower end side, and a waterproof pan 8 which is at least partially positioned in a space surrounded with the lower beam 12, and has a balcony space BS formed above. The base 90 of the handrail post 9 is supported by a first fitting beam 811 which is a tip part of the waterproof pan 8 and the lower beam 12.
