<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably manufacturing a hollow ceramic product by preventing the generation of cracks of a casting molded ceramic compact when drying the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of injecting the slurry 21 constituted by dispersing ceramic powder into the casting mold 10 comprising the main mold 11 at lease the bottom 11a of which includes a water absorbing material and the core 12 at least the surface layer 12a of which includes a soft material having a shore hardness A (JIS) of 20 to 60°and has a surface roughness of 4.0μm or less and a step of making a water absorbing material absorb the water of the slurry 21, attaching the ceramic powder to the casting mold 10, and forming the ceramic compact 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
