<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ink composition for offset printing, which can lead to larger energy saving than conventional methods, and can improve largely the productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an ink composition for offset printing includes a migration step and a pigment dispersion fabrication step. In the migration step, a water-containing pigment containing water and a pigment is added to and stirred and mixed with an oil component at≥100°C and≤180°C to migrate the pigment into the oil component to thereby obtain a pigment-oil component moistened material. In the pigment dispersion fabrication step, the pigment-oil component moistened material is dehydrated, and a resin component is made to dissolve in the oil component to thereby fabricate a pigment dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
