<p>The invention provides a method of producing a stretching film and a film stretching facility, wherein no scratch or corrugated wrinkle is generated on the film, and furthermore the film is stretched in a conveying direction. The film stretching facility stretches the film (15) in the conveying direction through a roll circumferential speed difference between a low-speed roll set (21) and a high-speed roll set (22). The film (15) after stretching is cooled through cooling rolls (25,26). A cutting machine (31) is configured between a high-speed roll (22) and a cooling roll (25). The film (15) is cut to a central part and two side edge parts in the width direction through the cutting machine (31). Because two side edge parts with relatively large thicknesses are cut, no recess or projection is generated on the film (15) on the cooling rollers (25,26). The scratch or wrinkle which is caused by the recess or projection is prevented.</p> |
