<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a hot runner nozzle to a molding tool in which injection molding can be performed smoothly and by a high cycle regardless of any kinds of resin material.SOLUTION: A cyclic shoulder surface 84 of position fixing that extends in a surrounding of a tip a nozzle tip 44 is disposed to position in an end of a nozzle body 42, meanwhile a stepped face 36 is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of an insertion hole 32 disposed in a molding tool 14, a hot runner nozzle 40 is inserted in a hole 32 so that a shoulder surface 84 and a stepped face 36 contact together, an insertion amount thereof is regulated, thereby while nozzle holes 78, 78 are performed by position corresponding to a gate mouth 35, an adiabatic space 102 is formed between a tip of a nozzle tip 44 and an inner peripheral surface of an insertion hole 32, and a hot runner nozzle 40 is mounted to a molding tool 14.</p> |
