A pump piston (4) is formed in the cylinder liner and comprises a piston head (40) with a truncated cone-like structure. A valve body (5) comprises a cavity (50) with an exit port (56), where the cavity corresponds to the piston head. An exhaust valve (23) is arranged in a cylinder head and sinked adjacent to the exit port. The piston head penetrates the volume of the cavity with maximum piston pump stroke.</p> |
