<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve adjustment of data transmission timing common to plural wireless terminals when base station cooperating transmission in which two wireless base station devices cooperatively transmit data to one wireless terminal is performed simultaneously to plural wireless terminals. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless base station device comprises a transmission delay addition unit 15 which delays data transmission by a fixed delay time at the time of transmitting data to each wireless terminal.
