<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable travel support information provision device capable of highly accurately determining whether or not a driver needs to get a warning by being notified of a notification object road surface. <P>SOLUTION: Route prediction means 76 predicts a travel route of the vehicle to the notification object road surface, when a vehicle enters a predetermined area from a notification object road surface. Predicted travel direction calculation means 77 calculates, in accordance with the predicted travel route, a predicted travel direction angle when the vehicle passes the notification object road surface. Travel direction determination means 78 determines whether or not a difference between the calculated predicted travel direction angle and the travel direction angle corresponding to position information on the notification object road surface is within a predetermined range.
