1. A method of transmitting data in a radio network with at least one base station, at least one relay station and at least first and second receiving stations, in which the data is organized in at least a first and a second layer, comprising:
routing at least the first layer via a first path from the at least one base station via the at least one relay station to the first receiving station; routing at least the second layer via a second path from the base station directly to the second receiving station; wherein the data being organized in at least a first and a second layer comprises apportioning bits of a constellation to the first path and the second path, wherein a number of bits of the constellation apportioned to the second path is based on a channel quality indicator (CQI) report and a remaining number of bits of the constellation are apportioned to the first path. |
