Disclosed is a heating system of a hybrid vehicle, wherein waste heat from an engine during a heating operation in a hybrid vehicle is stored in various electronic components of a hybrid system to be used as a heating source for the electronic components, and a cooling line to cool the electronic components. As such, the heating system of a hybrid vehicle has improved heating efficiency and reduces energy loss.
