<p>The present invention relates to an optical patch-clamp, capable of performing stimulation and detection through light and detection of an electrical signal at the same time, by adding an optical fiber to the existing patch-clamp technique. The present invention relates to an optical patch-clamp comprising: a core layer containing a fiber material for transceiving an optical signal; a conductive coating layer formed on the outside of the core layer, containing a conductive material, and transceiving an electrical signal; an outer hollow unit formed on the outside of the conductive coating layer; and a glass pipe surrounding the outer hollow unit.</p>
