The present invention relates to an elevator hall jamb employing an automatic differential pressure device. An objective of the present invention is to provide an elevator hall jamb employing an automatic differential pressure device, wherein the automatic differential pressure device disposed in a ventilation pressure differential system using an elevator shaft is installed on the elevator hall jamb to selectively supply a wind pressure flowing through the elevator shaft to an elevator hall side or block the wind pressure. To achieve the objective, the elevator hall jamb employing the automatic differential pressure device according to the present invention comprises an air discharge hole which is formed on a jamb installed on both sides of a landing door disposed in an elevator hall, and connects the elevator shaft and the elevator hall. The air discharge hole is selectively opened or closed through a differential pressure damper operated by a differential pressure damper actuator, and supplies the wind pressure to the elevator hall side or blocks the wind pressure.
