1. A system for monitoring a flow of a liquid fuel mixture of different types of fuel in a gas turbine engine, the system comprising:
a sensor sensing a proportion of each of the different types of fuel in the liquid fuel mixture; a unit determining a combustive energy value of the liquid fuel mixture in the engine from the proportions; a controller determining at least one equivalent characteristic of a reference fuel corresponding to the combustive energy value of the liquid fuel mixture; and a display unit displaying the at least one equivalent characteristic. |
